Composed for the wedding of two dear friends, Processional is a single movement piece in three distinct sections - each composed for a different portion of the wedding processional. The first section, pastoral and plaintive, accompanied the entrance of the parents, grandparents, and flower girl. The second section, with more presence and drive, underscored the arrival of the groom followed by the bridal party. The third and final section, a triumphant fanfare, heralds the bride to the altar.
